Through experience, observations, and empirical research in diversity management, I learned that advancing equity requires integrating reflexivity, social identities, leadership competencies, and organizational dynamics to transform workplace cultures. My work centers on the experiences of people from diverse, marginalized, and underrepresented racial backgrounds. I look forward to co-creating actionable strategies to overcome institutional barriers to the infusion of racial equity and inclusion in diversity management.
